PRODUCTS

We offer three distinct processing methods, each delivering its own taste profile, aroma, and market appeal.

Natural Process (Natural Wash)

Beans are sun-dried with the fruit still intact, resulting in a sweet, fruity cup with full body and complex flavor.

Semi-Washed Process

A hybrid method combining wet pulping and sun-drying, offering a balance of brightness and body.

Fully-Washed Process

The most refined method, producing clean and consistent flavor — preferred by specialty buyers.

1. Do you have a valid export license from Indonesia?

Yes. PT. Holy Bangun Makmur is a legally registered company with complete export documentation, including NPWP, NIB, and export permits issued by the Indonesian authorities.

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity starts from one 20-foot container. Nevertheless, we are open to accommodating smaller trial shipments for first-time buyers. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

3. What packaging options do you provide for export?

Our export packaging follows international standards to ensure safe and secure delivery. We can also accommodate custom packaging or specific requests; however, additional fees may apply.

4. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Depending on availability and order volume, processing typically takes 7–14 working days, and international shipping varies based on your location and delivery method (sea/air).
